Coupled cavity-waveguide based on topological corner state and edge state

چکیده

The topological corner state (TCS) and edge (TES) have created new approaches to manipulate the propagation of light. construction a coupled cavity-waveguide (TCCW) based on TCS TES is worth looking forward to, due its research prospects in realizing high-performance micro-nano integrated photonic devices. In this Letter, TCCW proposed two-dimensional (2D) crystal (PC), which possesses strong optical localization, high quality factor, excellent robustness compared with conventional (CCCW). This work will pave way toward designing logic gates, lasers, filters, other photonics devices expanding their applications.
